It's a simple concept that works. We want to encourage local people to provide local services within their communities. We also want to encourage the local plumber to barter/ exchange his services to his neighbors and in turn receive services from them in the same fashion.  

People are always amazed at the variety of skills and services that are available just around the corner from them. HHH hopes to allow both the provider and the user to be aware of who is just around the corner from each other.
